Exhibition Space

Exhibitor Information

Booth spaces are available to approved presses, academic programs, and non-profit organizations. Registration is on a first-come, first-served basis. Currently, there are only 10 booths remaining.

To RSVP for an exhibition booth or to request ad space in the exhibitor’s booklet, please email  naisaconference2017@gmail.com. Given our modest volunteer staff, filling out paperwork is not possible. Once all the exhibition booths are booked, we will then email invoices and appropriate documentation. Please see below for cheque and payment information.

The booth rate is CAD$500/USD$400.

Payment should be directed to the University of British Columbia. Somewhere on the cheque, please indicate that it is for First Nations and Indigenous Studies.

The cheque can be mailed to: Buchanan E-266, 1866 Main Mall Vancouver, BC V6T 1Z1.

Each 10’ x 10’ booth includes two complimentary registrations, 8’ backwall drapes, 3’ sidewall drapes, three 6’ x 2’ skirted tables, and one 7” x 44” booth sign.

Levy Show Service (www.levyshow.com) will be handling all customs, shipping, and drayage. To initiate the process, please contact anitamcLeod@levyshow.com.
